Founded in 2012, Beijing Cidi Memo ITown Office Group is based in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and other first-tier cities, and is committed to becoming a leading brand in urban renewal and operations in China.

Beijing Cidi Memo FunTown Cultural and Creative Park is located at No. 18, Fangjia village, Gaobeidian township, Chaoyang district. Formerly the old warehouse of Beijing Glass Group and BAIC Group, the park covers an area of 140,000 square meters and a building area of 90,000 square meters.

The park adheres to the concept of "integration of resources and symbiosis of culture", and integrates the five business formats of "creative office + experiential business + brown sugar box art center + Zhixiao boutique picture book store + activation of shared space", and provides a one-stop solution for small towns, meeting all needs of businesses and citizens. At present, 127 cultural, educational, media, and film and television enterprises have settled in the park.

In Aug 2020, the park was nominated for the 2020 Beijing-level Cultural and Creative Industry Park Demonstration Park award. On Sept 7, 2020, it became one of the first ten demonstration parks for the integrated development of cultural undertakings and industries in Chaoyang district, Beijing. In each of 2019, 2020 and 2021 it participated in the China International Service Trade Fair and the Cultural Expo.
