Beijing Guomian Cultural and Creative Development Co., Ltd. was established in February 2009. The shareholders are: Beijing Beiao Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jingshang Weilai Culture Development Co., Ltd.

Adhering to the spirit of Beijing's "development of cultural and creative industries, protection and utilization of industrial resources", Guomian Company renovated the old factory buildings of the second branch of Jingmian Group (formerly Jingmian Second Factory) to build a cultural and creative industry cluster that preserves historical memories - Laijin Cultural and Creative Industry Park.

The park is one of the first municipal-level cultural and creative industry demonstration parks in Beijing. It is the highlight of the cultural industry park in Chaoyang district in Beijing.

The park covers an area of 130,000 square meters and is divided into three areas: A, B, and C. On the basis of retaining the original architectural style, it is transformed into a single-family garden-style, low-density creative space by utilizing the characteristics of the building structure and its contained history. It is an ideal place for cultural and creative enterprises to brainstorm and produce creative products.
