Beijing Zhengdong Electronic Power Group Co., Ltd. (the former state-owned No. 751 factory) is one of the 156 large-scale backbone enterprises that were constructed during the "First Five-Year Plan" (1953-57) period in China. It was built with the aid of the former Democratic Republic of Germany. It is located at No. 4 Jiuxianqiao road, Chaoyang district, covering an area of 220,000 square meters.  Zhengdong Group has developed into a large-scale comprehensive State-owned enterprise focusing on the energy industry and cultural and creative industries.

At present, Zhengdong Group has a heating capacity of nearly 10 million square meters and a total installed power generation capacity of 120,000 kilowatts. It is a power supply service center in the electronic city area of 10.5 square kilometers. At the same time, the cultural and creative industries of Zhengdong Group, represented by 751D·PARK, have formed an industrial base covering fashion design, home design, film and television media and other cross-border design fields.

Since its transformation and development in 2007, 751D·PARK has always grasped the core concept of "design makes life better", focused on the "fashion design" format, formed a gathering of high-end fashion design resources, and integrated the "fashion design" concept into the renewal of industrial heritage. Relying on industrial sites to create a rich cultural space, the park has become a platform for international high-end brand activities and a venue for the first launch of original designs at home and abroad.
