Beijing Oriental Jiacheng Cultural Industry Development Co., Ltd. ("Jiacheng" for short), established in 2007, is a professional service enterprise focusing on urban renewal and space operation. It is now a mixed-ownership State-owned joint-stock company. Jiacheng provides systematic solutions for the whole industry chain, such as planning and design, intelligent system integration, space operation, capital investment, scene construction, and public services for urban renewal construction. Jiacheng's urban innovative ecological DBO2.0 model has been exported and implemented in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and has become an effective carrier for urban industrial upgrading  and attracting investment.

Jiacheng Hutong Creative Workshop is a typical representative of Jiacheng's practice of the DBO operation model of urban innovation ecology, a city industrial landmark with excellent scenery.

Among the early  Beijing-level cultural industry parks, the project is based in Beijing East City. Combined with the transformation of Hutong areas and the integration and upgrading of cultural resources, the project starts from the perspective of the organic combination of historical feature protection and urban renewal. It makes full use of the stock space of the old city Hutongs, innovates the ecological operation mode, and explores the practical path of industrial upgrading and optimization.
