Located at No 31 yard, Xishiku Street, Xicheng district in Beijing, the industry park has registered capital of 8.8 million yuan ($1.38 million), and 204 employees. It covers an area of 35,800 square meters, with floor space of about 71,700 sq m.

The Beijing Jingyi Jingye Electric Technology Co Ltd, operator of the park, has an efficient service team devoting to making a safe and comfortable environment for the park occupants. It received the “property service enterprise grade three qualification certificate” in 2014, and passed the third authentication of Work Safety Standardization in the same year.

In accordance with the development planning of Xicheng district, the company intends to make a culture industry park drawing support from Shichahai, a tourist attraction, and Xishiku Church, one of the largest Catholic churches in Beijing.
